The apartment on offer here was completely renovated a few years ago. It has four rooms, a large living/dining room, two similarly sized bedrooms and a smaller study. The apartment also has a large hallway, a shower room, a second bathroom with bathtub, a separate kitchen with a long partition wall, a large storage room and a large covered terrace, as well as the tenant's cellar.
Real wood parquet flooring in light oak is laid in the living rooms, bedrooms and study. The hallway, storage room and kitchen are fitted with tiled floors, as are the bathrooms.

In the course of the renovation of the apartment, all electrical and water pipes, the bathrooms, i.e. wall tiles, sanitary and floor tiles with fittings, the floor coverings with tiles and real wood parquet, the wall tiling in the kitchen and the wall surfaces of all other rooms in coarse woodchip were completely renewed. The apartment has a sufficient number of sockets in all corners. There is a clear glass shower enclosure on the shower tray in the shower room. The tiling here is bright and modern. Location
Michaelstraße is a very quiet residential street with trees and parking bays for vehicles. Essen's main train station and the city center behind it with its pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The stores at the Steller Wasserturm can be reached on foot in under 10 minutes for everyday shopping. Here, on Steelerstraße, you will also find pharmacies and doctors within a short distance. There are also direct, very close connections from Michaelstrasse to the A 40 and A 52 freeway ramps. The nearest green spaces are 100 m away at Kurfürstenplatz. Despite the short drive to the freeway ramps, the freeway cannot be heard. This is a very popular residential area which is characterized by its proximity to Essen's main railway station, the city centre and yet green spaces nearby. A quiet side street with trees in the middle of Essen.

Due to the real wood parquet floors, dogs are not permitted in the apartment.
The apartment and the house community are not suitable for a shared flat.

The apartment has good storage space and can be easily ventilated crosswise, as there are windows on both sides. If desired, a garage can be rented at the rear of the building (behind the gate).
