The house is located at the end of the street with only one direct neighbor in a drinking water protection area on the edge of the municipality of Berkenbrück, approx. 60 km from the center of Berlin. There is a weekend house settlement in the neighborhood. The forest begins 100m from the house. To the Spree, with bathing area, it is 2km and to the train station, with connections to Frankfurt/Oder, Berlin, Magdeburg and Cottbus also about 2km. The large district town of Fürstenwalde/Spree is 5 km away with numerous cultural and shopping facilities, a train station and highway access. From there it is 8km to Bad Saarow - Scharmützelsee and hospital.
