Heated warehouse / assembly hall

We rent out an unused part of our heated workshop as a warehouse or workshop. The rented part has separate access (entrance door) and can also be reached via a shared sectional door.

The Zitadelllenweg campus is located in the Haselhorst district in the west of the metropolis in the Spandau district. The campus is characterized in particular by its generous tree population and its direct proximity to the Havel.
The campus is home to several strong tenants from the automotive and technology sectors.

To the north, directly adjacent to the campus, is "Motorworld Berlin", which counts luxury car brands such as Aston Martin and Lamborghini among its tenants.
There is sufficient open space on the campus so that trucks can easily deliver and maneuver.

The main train station and the city center can be reached within 25 minutes by car and public transport. The site benefits from its convenient location and the strong companies on the campus and in the immediate vicinity.
