The commercial unit consists of a large, open space on the ground floor and basement. The open basement is accessible for a variety of possible uses via an open staircase in the two-storey, 7-meter-high area.
The concrete walls with regular formwork and the screed floors were deliberately left visible and give the space a raw yet elegant character.

The large shop window facing Frobenstrasse is also visible from Kurfürstenstrasse and provides a view of most of the open space.

To date, Galerie Artco has used the space and the walls in a variety of ways. In addition to exhibitions, the program has also included screenings, panels, small concerts and events.
