The house has a wood-burning stove and gas heating. The gas tank is in the garden. The heating costs vary greatly depending on the tenants. There are three similar houses and the gas consumption is between 120€ (family with several children, but additional use of stove)/ and 220€ (very high heating intensity without use of wood stove) depending on how much heating is used and the gas price.
