The apartment is beautifully located directly on, or rather in, the Vorgebirgspark in Cologne-Zollstock. The Zollstock district was long considered an insider tip, as the bus and train connections are very good and there is plenty of green space thanks to the beautiful parks. The KVB stop "Gottesweg" (line 12 and bus 131) is just a few minutes' walk away. The stops for KVB buses 130, 134 and 142 are also nearby. Cologne city center, the University of Cologne / TH Köln or the Rhine river are just 15 minutes away by bike. The nearby highway entrances to the A4 and A555 provide quick access by car in all directions.

The Zollstockarcaden with Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann, pharmacy, bakery etc. are only a few minutes' walk away. There is also Lidl, dm, pizzerias, restaurants, doctors - in fact everything there is in the immediate vicinity.

I find the location of the apartment particularly interesting for soldiers at the nearby Konrad Adenauer Barracks of the German Armed Forces, or for employees of the University of Cologne / University Hospital Cologne.
