The TU Dortmund University is only 4.5 km away by bike or public transport and can be reached by nearby public transport or by bike in approx. 15-20 minutes. Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts is approx. 7-8 km away and can be reached by car in 15 minutes or by public transport or bicycle in approx. 30 minutes.
Shopping facilities are just around the corner (REWE) or around 1 km away and can be reached quickly on foot. The Indu-Park shopping center is also nearby for bulk purchases.
