Location
Laboe is widely known for its landmark submarine and memorial, but has much more to offer. The former small fishing village has now grown to 5,500 inhabitants and has developed into an attractive tourist destination in recent decades.
The kilometer-long wide sandy beach with its shallow water attracts sun worshippers in summer and numerous kite surfers and nature lovers in autumn/winter.
The view of the fjord from Laboe is particularly interesting. The shipping route to the Kiel Canal passes Laboe. This means you can watch a large number of cruise ships and other vessels on the fjord.
The town has a large marina and a wide range of restaurants.
The state capital of Kiel with its complete infrastructure is only ten kilometers away as the crow flies and can be reached by car in 20 minutes.
The property at Feldstraße 7 is centrally located in the middle of Laboe in an ingrown location, but is still very quiet. From here you can reach the center as well as the beach, the stores for daily needs, daycare, elementary school and doctors within walking distance.
The property is perfectly oriented towards the sun. The entrances are to the north, while the living room and garden terraces face south.
