The open-plan living, cooking and dining area and the bathroom with WC and shower are located on the first floor. The living, cooking and dining area has a clay trowel floor with wax sealant. The spacious, slightly lower entrance area with air space to the roof is covered with slate stone slabs. The bathroom is tiled. In the attic, either a spruce plank floor, parquet or an organic floor will be laid in the near future. The kitchen leads directly into a small, sheltered inner courtyard. The bedroom on the top floor is accessed via the open staircase in the air space. This area is so spacious that it could also accommodate a home office.
The living area is openly connected to the sleeping area via the air space.
The whole house has a very open design. Please take this into account when making inquiries. The only door in the entire house is the bathroom door. A kitchen is not included in the rental price and must be installed by the tenant.

The house is located on the outskirts of Starzeln and is the last building right next to the nature reserve. Beautiful hiking trails start right at the front door.
