We used this to heat the hall free of charge.

On the tower for storing the wood chips, there is a telecom system for mobile telephony.
This generates an annual rent of approx. 5360 euros, which is secured for a further 25 years.

The property is newly fenced and has a newly laid out smoking area with WPC.

Sea containers as additional storage space on the property, as well as the inventory can of course be taken over on request.
