The apartment is 89 square meters in size and is located on the first floor of an approx. 100 year old Bavarian residential building. The entrance is barrier-free and leads into a spacious hallway, from which 4 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate guest WC branch off,
a bathroom and a separate guest WC. The bright kitchen is already equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob. If required, a fridge and washing machine can also be taken over. 1 or 2 parking spaces could be rented (for 30 euros/month each). A small outdoor area can also be used. The nationally renowned footpath to Andechs starts right on the doorstep and leads along a beautiful forest path through the Kiental valley.
The S-Bahn line S8 (Herrsching stop) can be reached on foot in 12 minutes. There are several bus lines within walking distance. Various stores (Edeka, organic food store, bakery, stationery, clothes, pharmacy etc.) and several restaurants (pub, pizzeria) as well as a bar are within walking distance. An industrial area with a beverage market, drugstore, DIY store, car repair shop etc. can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
