I am looking for nice, reliable tenants who would like to start a new shared flat in my mid-terraced house. The house offers plenty of space, a practical room layout and a quiet yet central location in Bremen-Osterfeuerberg - perfect for students who like to live in a community and want to create a cozy home.

The mid-terrace house extends over three floors: a first floor, a first and second floor and a small basement. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, which is ideal for communal activities, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floors, there are several bright rooms that can be used individually. Another highlight is the balcony, which offers a beautiful view and invites you to relax.

The house has two bathrooms: a large bathroom with ample space and a small, practical bathroom for quick access. There is also a small shed, which is currently used as a workshop, but can also be converted for other uses.

In January/February there is still some work planned on the house, where I would like to coordinate the room layout with the new flat share, as we can still make flexible adjustments.
