Our rental property on offer here was built in 1933 and has well-preserved and beautiful original spruce wood floorboards from the time of construction in all upper floor rooms and the first store. In 2004, the heating system with gas boiler and the entire house electrics were renewed. Furthermore, the 26.65 sqm production room on the ground floor was completely tiled, the courtyard was paved and entrance doors and some windows were renewed. Extensive loft insulation was carried out in 2016.
The building is in a prime location in the center of Kevelaer and has
