The apartment is located in a charming building that was built in 1965 and comprises only eight residential units. In total, the building ensemble consists of three houses, each with eight units. Our apartment itself offers approx. 75 square meters of living space and a spacious balcony that invites you to linger in the summer. It is located on the second floor - without an elevator, but with a comfortable stair height.

A special highlight: the apartment was extensively refurbished in 2018. Not only were the ceilings lowered and some walls replaced to create a modern and open-plan layout between the living room and kitchen, but high-quality granite tiles were also laid throughout, giving the apartment an elegant touch. Classic tiles were only laid in the bathroom

The apartment has additional storage space in the basement and attic, so there is plenty of room for all your essentials.

A new school with underground parking is currently being built directly opposite, and there are rumors that parking spaces may be offered for rent or purchase there - however, this information is still unconfirmed.

The location of the apartment could hardly be better: it is in the central Nuremberg district of Großreuth near Schweinau. Everything you need for everyday life can be easily reached on foot or by public transport. The bus stops almost right outside the front door, and the subway is just a two-minute walk away. If you are traveling by car, there are plenty of parking spaces available, and residents' parking spaces are even being considered.

Doctors, shopping facilities and various stores such as bakers, butchers and hairdressers are in the immediate vicinity. For everyday needs, Lidl and Norma are less than ten minutes' walk away.
