On the outskirts of Kirrlach, we offer a bright and friendly shared room for rent in a spacious 120 m² apartment. The shared room is approx. 16m² in size and is already fully furnished - including bed, closet, bed linen and towels. Nothing stands in the way of you moving in immediately.

The apartment has a shared bathroom, a guest WC and a fully equipped kitchen, which is shared with a maximum of two other people. There is also a communal dining area. All necessary cooking utensils are available in the kitchen and a washing machine can be shared in the laundry room on the first floor. The warm rent is € 550. It is also possible for two people to use the shared room by arrangement (price on request).

The apartment has quick access to the highway, which offers you flexibility and convenience for your daily commute or excursions. There are also good public transport links and shopping facilities nearby.

Kirrlach belongs to the large district town of Waghäusel, which currently has a population of around 20,000. Kirrlach borders directly on the neighboring communities of St. Leon-Rot and Reilingen in the Rhine-Neckar district as well as Kronau and Hambrücken in the district of Karlsruhe. Kirrlach is connected to the surrounding villages via several country roads and is also just a short drive from the A5 autobahn exit Kronau.
