The house was built at the end of the 1960s. It was extensively renovated and refurbished at the beginning of 2000, including complete insulation with ETICS (10 cm). There is direct access to two garages from the street. A narrower one on the left, a large one on the right, behind which there is a storage room and 2 parking spaces in front of it. Furthermore, at the end of the garden side is an 8 m long garage with an attic and a carport in front of it. All garages are equipped with electrically operated doors. The outdoor area in front of the house was paved with a light-colored and timelessly beautiful natural stone, matching the sandstone used in the entrance area.
The large, very beautiful and well-kept garden offers a small oasis to recharge your batteries and relax. In a quiet corner of the property there is a spacious garden shed that invites you to barbecue and celebrate with friends.
Interior:
The bungalow offers barrier-free living in the five rooms. It is possible to enter and leave the house through the garden without steps. The entrance to the bungalow is reached via three flat steps made of natural stone. You are greeted by a spacious, bright entrance area with a checkroom and a guest toilet. The first two rooms are accessed via the hallway. Next is the bathroom and at the end of the hallway is a beautiful, spacious bedroom. There is a floor-to-ceiling door in front of the bedroom, which also provides access to the garden area. To the right of the entrance area is the kitchen with a sliding door to the dining area. The very spacious living room, which was extended during the renovation phase, has a very large sliding door to the garden with terrace.
The tiled stove (basic stove) in the living room was built with a surrounding bench and is not subject to the regulations that will come into force from 2025.
The very high-quality windows are double-glazed and all still in perfect condition. The shutters are partly electric and manually operated. The floor coverings are parquet, tiled and carpeted in the bedrooms and are in very good condition.
Basement:
The house has a full basement with a ceiling height of 220 cm. Two of the cellar rooms are equipped with radiators. There is a safe in the largest cellar room, which must remain there.

An all-round well thought-out and spacious bungalow where no renovation work is necessary. Just a few cosmetic interventions, such as wallpapering and painting. Location
Somborn is the largest district of the municipality of Freigericht in the Main-Kinzig district and the seat of the municipal administration. The infrastructure leaves nothing to be desired. All stores are available. Medical care is very good, as are pharmacies, daycare centers, kindergartens and schools.
The well-known Kopernikusschule Freigericht is a cooperative comprehensive school in Freigericht, Hesse. It is Germany's largest general education school and offers classes in the following branches: Hauptschule, Realschule, Gymnasium and Gymnasiale Oberstufe. The school has around 2500 pupils and is funded by the Main-Kinzig district
