The building was built during the Wilhelminian era and was used for military purposes in the early decades. The entire campus is a listed building. A spacious staircase welcomes you. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The ambience is characterized by the approx. 3.60 m high ceilings, the open living/dining area and the view of the green inner courtyard (balcony with seating).

The furnishings in this apartment follow the "Eames x Girard" principle. In 1961, designer Alexandre Girard further developed Charles & Ray Eames' now well-known Plastic Chairs for the furnishings of the restaurant "La Fonda del Sol". Two of these chairs stand as vintage classics at the dining table. The entire design was created by the interior designer in a warm Scandinavian style based on the design language of Eames and Girard. In the spirit of these two designers, designs by Jaime Hayon, Verner Panton and Anders Pehrson can also be found in the object. Attention has been paid to every detail.
High-speed Internet is included (50 Mbit), and there is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented as an option (120 euros per month). Sustainability is important to the landlords - electricity and heating are therefore 100% "green".
