The centrally located 3-room apartment with a west-facing balcony was renovated in 2016. In addition to new floor coverings (parquet), the bathroom with bathtub and the separate WC were redesigned. New tiles were also laid in the kitchen. A new fitted kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a stand-alone stainless steel fridge were installed in 2020 and 2023 respectively. This apartment impresses with its well thought-out floor plan and is ideal for couples and young families.
The 78.10 m² of living space is distributed over a spacious entrance area which offers ample space for a wardrobe and, for example, a work corner or a spacious cupboard. Immediately to the left of the entrance is the second bedroom/study, a small door further on is the storage room/pantry and then the elongated kitchen. The fitted kitchen incl. modern brand-name built-in appliances, washing machine and French-door fridge are already included in the purchase price. The last room on the left is the master bedroom. On the opposite side of the entrance are the bathroom with bathtub and daylight and the separate WC, also with window.
Behind the door on the right-hand side of the hallway is the bright and spacious living room, through which there is access to the west-facing balcony.
The apartment has its own storage compartment in the attic. You also have the option of storing your bicycles in the communal bicycle cellar.
Location
The apartment is located in the north of Munich in the Milbertshofen district. Doctors, daycare centers, kindergartens, schools and stores for daily needs (Rewe, Wimmer, Lidl) are in the immediate vicinity. The subway station Frankfurter Ring is a 7-minute walk away, but can also be reached by bus from Abtstraße (two stops), which is less than a minute away from the apartment.
The connection to the A9 highway is also optimal.
The BMW site is also in the immediate vicinity and can even be reached on foot. Parkstadt Schwabing with companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Amazon or Osram is only 3 stops away by bus.
The nearby Petuelpark, Luitpoldpark and Olympiapark offer recreation and a wide range of leisure activities.
