28239 Bremen (Gröpelingen)We are selling our modernized dream house. In the last 5 years we have carried out a lot of measures, as the exterior facade is a listed building, all work was carried out by specialist companies. Here is a list of all the measures:

The house has become quite energy-efficient and sustainable thanks to the modernizations and the pellet stoves. In terms of consumption, it would be comparable to energy efficiency class C. The pellet stoves are fully automated and provide a very cozy, pleasant atmosphere.
There is also an attic and a partial cellar with plenty of storage space.
It is with a heavy heart that we would like to part with this beautiful house, but unfortunately it is simply too small for us due to having children.
Due to the listed status, you enjoy enormous tax advantages, which I would be happy to explain again at your leisure.
One special feature is that our house has the smallest window in Bremen.

There are many old elements in the house, such as the window and door handles and the old floorboards, and we made sure that the style was consistent.
Location
The house is located at the head of Feierabendweg, which is largely a listed building. This path is one of Bremen's most beautiful streets.
On one side, pharmacies, shops, doctors, restaurants, fitness studios and all public transportation options are within walking distance.
On the other hand, you are within walking distance of the local recreation area, which borders on the Blockland. Here you can climb at the old bunker, jog along the Maschinenfleet and swim in the Waller Feldmarksee. There is also the Blockland, which is a paradise for cyclists.
The nice thing is that both options can be reached on foot or by bike within a few minutes.
