The country house is located on the Strampenhof, the green oasis in the center of Bad Bevense, An der Hofkoppel 6 b.

The building was rebuilt in 1976 and renovated in 2025.

The house with 5 small rooms and two bathrooms has approx. 95 square meters of living space and with the large terrace (awning) approx. 120 square meters of usable space.

First floor: A total of 3 small bedrooms or offices with a new, large bathroom.

A new electric heating system was installed last year with which you can heat individually. The landlord has paid a deduction of € 210 per month including electricity.

Bad Bevensen has a very good infrastructure and exemplary medical care with doctors and clinics.

The entertainment program offered by Bad Bevensen Marketing GmbH is also interesting. There are cultural events worth visiting here all year round.

Bad Bevensen is 12 km from Uelzen and 19 km from Lüneburg. The Interregio train takes you to Hamburg in 1 hour or a little longer to Hanover.
