The bathroom is modernized with underfloor heating and barrier-free shower, the apartment was repainted by the current tenant. The pictures do not correspond to the current condition with regard to the color of the walls.
The balcony with large access to the south side is not visible, enjoy the view over the surrounding predominantly single-family houses and yet the proximity to nature (250 m to the meadows and fields).
