Location
Stade-Riensförde, especially the beautiful Heidesiedlung, is a dynamic residential area characterized by its family-friendly and well-connected environment. The streets are characterized by a quiet and well-kept neighbourhood that offers the best conditions for young families and working commuters.
The nearby playgrounds are an attractive meeting place for families. The Riensförde primary and secondary schools and kindergarten are also within easy walking distance. The surrounding area with its green spaces, such as the Barger Heide, is ideal for long walks and outdoor leisure activities.
A supermarket/Famila is within walking distance to provide for daily needs. A bakery with a café will be opening soon. For health concerns, the Einhorn pharmacy is just 350 meters away on foot.
