Now that you've gotten to know the property and the outbuildings, let's take a short tour of the house together.
The refurbished property can be entered both from the street and from the courtyard side. Let's use the entrance on the street, come on in! We now find ourselves in a bright entrance area with space for a checkroom. The large entrance door, which is fitted with several glass panes, provides pleasant brightness.

Location
The village of Kusey is a district of the town of Klötze in the Altmark district of Salzwedel in northern Saxony-Anhalt. The idyllic village is home to around 800 inhabitants. Kusey has a lot to offer in terms of business, for example a construction company, an agricultural cooperative, a biorefinery and an agricultural machinery distributor. You also have the opportunity to buy fresh fruit and vegetables from your local retailer as well as baked goods from the local bakery, which is also a café.
If you don't want to relax in the café after work with a piece of cake or an ice cream, you can take part in various sports (soccer, volleyball, table tennis, gymnastics) at the TSV 1919 Kusey sports club or put your voice to the test with the men's choir. The beautiful natural landscape around Kusey is also ideal for long walks and bike rides.
Kusey is located to the north of the Drömling Nature Park and an EU bird sanctuary. The little ones can attend a beautiful daycare center in the village, which was only newly built in 2022. The PVGS bus lines 100 (Salzwedel - Gardelegen - Haldensleben - Magdeburg) and 300 (Salzwedel - Beetzendorf - Wolfsburg) run through Klötze. Wolfsburg is not only easy to reach by bus, but also by car (approx. 35 km). This is very attractive for (Volkswagen) commuters. The Hanseatic towns of Gardelegen and Salzwedel are about 30 minutes away by car.
