In a classic 1930s estate house in the Waldsiedlung in Spandau-Hakenfelde, four fully furnished shared rooms are available for subletting. There are two bathrooms available, which can be shared in addition to the kitchen and dining area. Two rooms have a living space of approx. 25m² and are each offered for €850 per month, the other two rooms each offer 15m² of living space and are rented at a slightly lower rate. This results in an average of €25 per room per night. Operating costs such as electricity, water, heating, waste disposal, internet with 50Mbit, building and contents insurance are included. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can move in immediately. This makes the rooms ideal for students and trainees or commuters.

This is a fixed-term rental until the end of 2025. If you are interested, please apply with meaningful details about yourself and the desired move-in date. The usual documents can be brought to the viewing. An energy certificate will then be available.

The detached house with a total living area of 160m² stands on a spacious plot and borders directly on the Spandauer Forst. This makes it very quiet and ideal for sports after work and relaxing at the weekend. There are several bathing spots on the Havel in the immediate vicinity, so that recreation is also guaranteed in summer.

The Johannesstift with its social facilities is just a few minutes' walk away. The Vivantes Hospital in Spandau can be reached in 12 minutes by bike, Spandau train station in 12 minutes by car, and the nearest bus stop with an express connection to Spandau town hall and a supermarket are an 8-minute walk away.
