The house and the entire complex are very well maintained. A janitor takes care of everything every day. Very nice and good neighbors and a great house community.
The apartment is on the 5th floor and therefore has a great unobstructed view. Unique. The apartment has a private parking space and an underground parking space
Everything is very spacious. There is a bicycle cellar and a private cellar. Then there are other rooms for hanging laundry. A huge balcony is accessible via the bedroom and living room.
The rest of the garbage is disposed of directly above the elevator via a garbage chute. Everything is well thought out and maintained.

We are looking for a family or a tenant who will stay in the apartment long-term and pay their rent regularly and punctually. As there are long-term tenants and owners living in the entire building, it has to be a good fit .......... . Everything here is orderly, quiet and well-kept .... and that's how we want it to stay with us and our apartment.
Pets and children are no problem. Everything is included in the additional costs. Only the electricity and telephone are not. Handover possible immediately. The apartment is free and empty.
