The apartment is located in a beautiful semi-detached house from the 90s.

The garden apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, bedroom, hallway, a room for kitchen and dining (kitchen can be taken over by the previous tenant) and a bathroom with bathtub. A terrace newly tiled in 2023 with a roof provides access to the practically laid out garden, which is ideally sized and faces south-west.

Additional storage space is provided by a garden shed, a storage room in the basement and a closet in the hallway opposite the apartment.

You will find a separate washing machine connection for the apartment in the shared utility room, where you can also dry your laundry.

The apartment has a parking space on the cul-de-sac in front of the garden, and there is also a shared visitor's parking space for the DHH.

Available from February 1 or by arrangement.

The apartment is rented for a limited period of between 2 and 5 years.

The apartment is very quietly located in front of an allotment garden area on the edge of Steppach, a particularly popular part of Neusäß.

Neusäß is the second largest town in the district of Augsburg and offers numerous types of schools locally. The Augsburg University Hospital, a major employer and new study location, borders Steppach and is only a few minutes' drive away.

Steppach combines the advantages of the nearby city of Augsburg and nature, is considered the gateway to the Western Forests Nature Park and the idyllic Schmutter Valley and thus offers its residents the highest quality of life and recreational value.
