The floors in the apartments are laid out in high-quality contract material and harmonize with the tiles in the bathrooms. The room doors are white with stainless steel handles, as are the apartment entrance doors, which are soundproofed. All door frames are kept simple and accentuated in color.
Each residential unit impresses with unusual room layouts and the no longer contemporary, neglected kitchen solutions have been integrated into open-plan living concepts.

All apartments are exclusive of service charges and parking space rent. Electricity costs and fees for telecommunications and cable/TV use must be paid directly by the tenants to the respective providers/operators.
The ancillary costs are a discount payment. Once a year, the tenant receives a proper and correct statement, so that the landlord can either grant a discount on the advance payment for ancillary costs or demand a higher advance payment in the event of increased consumption.
