Dear prospective tenant, we rent an apartment with 89 square meters of living space with 2 bedrooms, guest toilet & balcony. A fitted kitchen and various furniture can be bought from the previous tenant
The current tenant is interested in handing over the apartment on 01.03.2025. This means that the apartment can be furnished before the tenant moves in. However, the apartment must be handed over by 01.04.2025 at the latest.
We rent the apartment unrenovated, so that the apartment does not have to be renovated when you move out. You can furnish the apartment to your personal taste when you move in.
A parking space on the property can also be rented for €40, subject to availability.
The rental deposit is €3,300 and must be transferred to a dedicated deposit account before you move in.
For the viewing we would like to see a current credit report (original document, not older than 3 months) as well as the last 3 certificates of income of the tenant(s).
