The apartment offered here is available from 01.04.2025. Minimum rental period 24 months. Heating and gas costs approx. 40 EUR/month go separately to the supplier. Kitchen and various furniture can be taken over from the previous tenant for a small fee. A viewing of this apartment would be possible (at our invitation) on Friday 17.01.2024 between 15 and 17:15.

Note: It is important to produce as few contacts as possible, so we would like to receive an initial self-disclosure beforehand. This is to ensure that you are suitable for the landlord. If you would like to (but do not have to), you can of course also send us complete documents, including, for example, the self-disclosure form, a copy of your ID, a Schufa report and the last three proofs of income. However, this is usually only necessary after a local inspection.
