04425 Taucha – SachsenThe semi-detached house was built in 1930. With a living area of approx. 92 m2 and a usable area of approx. 120 m2, it offers sufficient space. The property is currently occupied by a family of 5 who would now like to move to another property due to a multi-generational project.
In 2008, a thermal insulation composite system was installed on the entire façade, including the gable wall, including repainting. The roof was also completely re-roofed at the same time.
