The total all-inclusive rent is €2850 including heating, electricity, furniture etc. The basic rent is only an indication. For bookings over 6 months we may be able to offer a discount. It is also possible to book cleaning help at a reasonable price. We would recommend at least once a month. The apartment is actually occupied by us as a family, but since we are traveling, this possibility arises. We use the cleaning help on a weekly basis.
