Location

Two supermarkets (Aldi, Norma) and a gas station are within 300-500m walking distance via stairs. A pharmacy, bakery and butcher's shop are located in the center of Eyb (800m). The historic old town is only 5-8 minutes away by car, e.g. to the shopping center or to the castle park / orangery, theater... Freeway access to the A6 in about 8-10km.
The nearest elementary school is only 500m away and can be easily reached on foot through the residential area. There is a small playground with a swing and sandpit on the property.
