We offer a fully furnished apartment in a half-timbered house ensemble with a beautiful inner courtyard and a small seating area in the garden in front of the house. Living on 3 levels - small but nice - modern and artfully furnished. The apartment was newly renovated and furnished in 2024. On the first floor is the bathroom with window and a large eat-in kitchen with modern kitchen appliances and a seating area with table. A stone staircase leads to the living room, furnished with a large corner sofa, desk, TV and DAB music system and a comfortable armchair. There is also a small storage room (dressing room) with a clothes rack. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the bedroom on the 2nd floor with a large double bed, shelves, wardrobes and a cozy reading area with armchair and floor lamp.

Alträcknitz is a district of Dresden in the immediate vicinity of the University of Dresden and many scientific institutes such as Fraunhofer, MPI, IFW and the Leibnitz Institute. The half-timbered house is in a quiet yet central location with short distances to bus and train lines. There is a small park nearby for relaxing with a great view over the city of Dresden. Shopping facilities (pharmacy, Konsum, Norma, dairy, butcher, bakery) are within walking distance. Good transport connections to the city center with streetcar line 11 and bus line 85. Motorway exit Südvorstadt is about 3 kilometers away.
