Imagine strolling through the narrow streets of Zell an der Mosel. The sun is reflected in the river, and suddenly you spot it: a house that doesn't just stand there, but seems to have grown into the mountain.

Its entrance is on the second floor. The mountainside is steep, and as soon as you open the door, you feel the magic. Old wooden floorboards creak softly under your feet, the light falls through the windows onto furniture that could tell stories. A kitchen made from an old workbench - rough, original and chic at the same time - makes it clear that people with taste live here.

But that's just the beginning. Downstairs, on the second floor, the small studio awaits. You might be thinking: "Dark?" But as soon as you enter, you feel embraced. The dark colors are warm, it's not a room - it's an experience.

Until two years ago, we rented it out as a vacation home - with great success! Guests loved the combination of stylish design, the unique location directly on the Moselsteig trail and the special character of the house. The reviews were consistently enthusiastic.
We had not applied for a change of use for the rental, as vacation rentals were always tolerated in Zell.
