The apartment has 90 m2, which is divided into a large bedroom, a cozy kitchen with seating area and storage room, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet and a huge living / dining area with a large balcony and a view of the countryside. Like the balcony, the bedroom faces the rear and is therefore in a quiet location. There is also a separate dry cellar room.

The apartment will be vacant on 01.03.2025, by arrangement also a few days earlier. The kitchen, which is equipped with branded appliances including a washing machine, is to be taken over by the new tenant for a transfer fee of EUR 500. In addition, the living room is furnished with a large, super cozy sofa (with pull-out function, so that 2 guests can sleep on it), which is to be taken over for EUR 1,000 (condition very good, see photos, new price: EUR 2,438.10) and fits perfectly into the large living room.
