The town pond is also just a few minutes' walk away.

Various shopping facilities, such as Lidl, Edeka, V-Markt etc. are in the immediate vicinity. The shopping center "Forum Allgäu" can be reached by car in 8 minutes.

To get to the city center of Kempten, you need 35 minutes on foot or you can opt for public transport. The bus stop is conveniently located opposite your front door.
