Modern 1-room student apartments in Berlin-Oberschöneweide

From February 1, 2025, fully furnished apartments will be available in our modern student residence, which are specially designed to meet the needs of students and trainees. The apartments offer living space of between 22.75 and 28.25 m² and a warm rent of €890 to €1,060 per month. All apartments are furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, consisting of a hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, as well as a bed, a table with chairs, a closet, a mirror and a TV. High-speed WLAN is already included in the rent. Each apartment also has its own cellar compartment.

Residents can also use numerous communal facilities, including a launderette, a gaming room, a co-working area and a small gym. The rental period is flexible and linked to the duration of studies or training. Service charges are billed at a flat rate, while electricity costs are paid separately.
