Location
The Tempelhof district is primarily known for its decommissioned Tempelhof Airport, which attracts more than just joggers and cyclists with its wide range of leisure activities.
The Paradestraße subway station, which is within walking distance, three supermarkets (Aldi, Penny, Kaufland) and access to the A100 in just a few minutes by car are just some of the highlights of the location. Last but not least, you can easily reach Tempelhofer Damm in just a few minutes by bike or on foot, as well as a large number of supermarkets, doctors, restaurants and cafés. Several kindergartens, daycare centers and schools are located in the immediate vicinity. The Tempelhofer Feld can be reached in around ten minutes.
In the middle of the Fliegerkiez, or as it is now called "Gartenstadt Neu-Tempelhof", the property is nevertheless in a quiet location - a rarity in Berlin. The area around the house is characterized by a listed residential complex.
