I enjoyed living there myself with my husband for 7 years. We then bought a larger house 2 years ago and rented this one out. In the last 2 years, we have realized that renting is not for us and so we are now selling the house.
The house was completely renovated by the previous owner in 2001.
The flat roof of the bathroom is accessible from bedroom 1 and would theoretically be ideal for a roof terrace. You would have to get planning permission from the city for this.
Due to a burst pipe, the bathroom floor and some of the walls are still being renovated. Therefore, wishes regarding the tiling can still be taken into account.
As currently rented, please only serious viewing requests.
