Without estate agent: fine 2-room apartment with fitted kitchen and underground parking space in Stuttgart-Plieningen

We are selling the apartment from our father's estate. He bought it in 2008 and renovated it: Floors tiled everywhere, bathroom, fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob). He also had the wall between the kitchen and living room extended to enlarge the kitchen and improve separation (change not shown on the floor plan, but visible in pictures).
By arrangement, the apartment can be taken over partially furnished.
Our father really enjoyed living in the apartment. He appreciated the quiet area, the covered balcony, the good connection to the highway and the airport. In addition, the apartment is characterized by moderate ancillary costs (house rent is currently € 285).

The staircase leads to the underground parking space, the cellar compartment and the laundry room.

The property in which the apartment is located is divided into 2 houses, which share the underground garage and heating system, among other things. In total there are 22 residential units. The property is managed by a property management company.

The apartment is not rented and can be purchased and occupied directly. A certificate of inheritance has already been issued.

As I have to travel some distance, I would try to arrange appointments for viewings.
