Our tenants are professionals, teachers and students of Berg. University.
We attach great importance to a harmonious and friendly house community, which is also reflected in the long-term tenancies.
We are therefore not looking for tenants who are just passing through, but tenants who are professionally and personally connected to the city of Wuppertal and would like to live here for at least 1 year. The minimum rental period is 1 year. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
