Each apartment has been freshly renovated and is equipped with a fitted kitchen with electrical appliances. All apartments are bright and well laid out, and each has a balcony (loggia). The apartments are located in apartment buildings. From the loggia you have a wonderful view of the greenery.

The basic rent, including kitchen, is € 9 per square meter. That would be the following rents:

64 sqm - 576 €/month
69 sqm - 621 €/month
72 sqm - 648 €/month

99 sqm - 891 €/month

In addition, there are service charges/heating cost deductions of € 200 to € 250 per month, depending on the size of the apartment.

A rental deposit of 2 months' rent is agreed.

A separate cellar room is also allocated to the apartment. The apartments are available immediately.
