Private room in central shared flat

Our shared rooms offer a living space of between 12 and 17 m² and are located in a 65 m² apartment. Each room is furnished with a bed, a 2-meter sliding wardrobe, a bedside cabinet, a desk and a dining table.
Two of the three shared rooms also have a balcony.
In addition to your own room, you share a spacious, new kitchen with your flatmates.

There are several supermarkets and a drugstore within walking distance. The location is characterized by the good and fast connection to the city and to the main train station (line 5). Bus line 34 is in the immediate vicinity. There are also plenty of parking spaces available and the A 661 and A 66 motorways can be reached quickly by car. The Eckenheimer Park, Pilz Park and Sinai Park offer nature and recreation.
