The following work is still outstanding
1. renovation and re-letting of 2 empty apartments incl. repainting, floor coverings and replacement of washbasins and toilets with fittings
2. replacement of the fuse boxes and rewiring in the remaining 2 apartments to be renovated
3. installation of 1 further fitted kitchen
4. replacement of all lamps in the stairwells and basement corridors with LED lamps
5. repair of the house entrance landings
6. repainting of the base of the house and the rear cellar entrances.
The remaining work from 1 to 6 is included in the purchase price or can be undertaken by a future buyer for a corresponding discount.
