36088 Hünfeld – HessenThe detached house with basement rooms (built in 1968) was extensively renovated in 1990. Among other things, the roof truss was renewed, the garage was extended (2 parking spaces in a row with space for a workbench or similar) and a sauna was installed. Extensive renovations were carried out in 2015: Window replacement (triple glazing with insulated roller blind boxes), replacement of radiators, renovation of two bathrooms, roof insulation and installation of a gas condensing boiler. From 2020, the front door and the side entrance door were replaced, parts of the balcony were removed, the side entrance door was covered, the balcony railings were replaced, a wood-burning stove was installed, the top floor ceiling was insulated and country-style floorboards were laid on the upper floor.
