It is with a heavy heart that we are selling our plot in Kreuzanger, Bobingen.
No obligation to build.
It is a plot of approx. 400 square meters on which we originally wanted to build next to our parents. An informal request for development was answered positively by the municipality. We had planned the Danwood "Point 129.1" house with a south-facing terrace and a garage with an additional parking space. Further details, such as plans, are available on request. Of course, any other house can be built on it that meets the requirements of the municipality. At the moment the plot is still undeveloped, a proper building application has not yet been submitted.

Kreuzanger is an idyllically situated village in the Western Forests Nature Park. The quiet location in a friendly neighborhood combined with good connections (there is a bus stop just 20 meters away as the crow flies) to Augsburg and the nearest larger towns of Schwabmünchen, Diedorf and Bobingen make the plot the perfect place to build a beautiful, energy-efficient home according to your own wishes.
There is currently a terrace with a barbecue on the plot, which is surrounded by a fence and partially enclosed by a thuja hedge.
