I am looking for a long-term tenant, preferably a student, for my apartment near the Isar in Obersendling! The apartment will be rented (partly) furnished.

* Table, 2 chairs

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the immediate vicinity of the U3 Obersendling subway exit; 15 minutes walk to the Isar; 7 minutes by bike to the Flaucher; approx. 18 minutes by subway U3 direct connection to the university (or 25 minutes by bike), many shopping facilities (various supermarkets, fruit/vegetable stand around the corner), cafés, restaurants, etc..
