Situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac right next to the Legienstraße U2 underground station, the location also has the added bonus of a view from the roof terrace and the rooms facing the garden into green areas that cannot be built on.

The house - a former show house of the developer INTERHOMES - has four rooms, one of which extends very generously over the entire 2nd floor (attic) (divided by us with a curtain).
One small and one large room on the 1st floor, as well as a storage room that serves as a cellar replacement. There is also a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
In addition to the large living room, there is a kitchen, a washing machine/storage room and a guest WC on the ground floor.

We have always been very satisfied with the energy consumption. Our house rent (including administration, excluding electricity) is currently EUR 163.

The house is being sold unrenovated. After a good 15 years, it has one or two cosmetic defects (particularly settlement cracks after the new build). But moving in directly is also possible, we lived in it until the end of 2024.
The garden is more of a "natural garden" type. The garden shed is approved but is located on the parking space created by the developer and would have to be dismantled to build a garage.
