Depending on the concept, a turnover rent will be agreed in conjunction with a minimum rent. The minimum rent depends on the estimated turnover.
Essen is one of the most central shopping cities in NRW and is known as an international trade and service metropolis. Corporate groups such as ThyssenKrupp, RWE and Evonik are based here.

Shared social facilities and WC facilities for employees are available.
In addition to the rent, the following monthly costs are incurred:
Service charges VZ: €250.00/month
Service charges flat rate: 1170.00 €/month
Advertising levy: 5% of the minimum rent
The deposit is 3 months' gross rent.
