I plan to show the apartment to 3-4 prospective tenants that I have selected beforehand. It is therefore important for me to find out more about you. I would like to know who would like to move into the apartment. How do you ensure that the rent will be paid? What is your income or will the apartment be paid for by the authorities? How and where do you currently live? What is the reason for the planned move?
I would also ask you to bring the following documents with you to the viewing:
